- Le gain de la face arrière dépend de ce qu'il y a derrière : quelques pour cent sur un toit en surimposition, 10 à 20 % au sol ou sur une pergola au-dessus d'une surface claire.
- Pour en profiter, surélevez les panneaux et évitez les rails ou murs qui font de l’ombre à la face arrière.
- Les bifaciaux sont presque toujours en biverre : plus lourds, mais mieux protégés contre l’humidité.
